• Implemented an application to extract and analyze key information from competitor benefit documents such as Schedule of Benefits and Summary of Benefits and Coverage, enabling effective comparison with Elevance Health standard plans. This functionality facilitated more informed benefit plan selection, supported strategic adjustments to product offerings, and helped the sales team better meet market needs.
• Implemented various AI-related proof-of-concept use cases, including LLM-powered Generative UI integration for PEGA applications, LLM and OCR-driven document extraction, and process automation for grievance and appeal systems, as well as finance payout audit processes, demonstrating innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and automation across multiple business functions.

• Associated with the Enterprise Client System (ECS) which is the central repository for US, International and Institutional client data housing dealer branch, rep, firms, financial advisors, contacts, and institutional clients.
• Assisted the business users in getting hands-on the product (ECS).
