• Welcome and escort guests while ensuring a warm and professional dining experience.
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in the All Day Dining restaurant.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities - In Room Dinning(IRD)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the IRD service area.
• Follow IHG brand standards and departmental SOPs at all times.
• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and operational meetings.
• Take guest orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
• Verify order accuracy before dispatch and delivery.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards during service and transportation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
