• MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:-
• Leading a team of associates to successfully complete project on time with simulations and Bots to reduce time and increase productivity
• This may include processing incoming orders, pricing quotations, finding products in a warehouse, e-Commerce shipping, inventory tracking, and drop ship order management
• Managing vendor relationships which require consistent communication with suppliers and good relationship building
• Preparation and submitting quotes and maintain
• Confidentiality of margins
• Interact with client management to review the process
• Good exposure to quality tools and concepts and audit procedures
• Preparation of process SOP and train new joiners
• Creating sales purchase orders and purchase requisitions for global procurement
• Ability to handle multiple vendors and partners and a wide range of tasks
• Creation of master data for new contractual counter-parties
• Daily status updates and report issues to the manager for timely resolution
• Working cross functionally with a broad range of business stakeholders to define detailed requirements and implement process/system-based solutions
• Established and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and customer requirements.

• SAP MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
• In-put of purchase and sales contracts and relevant amendments
• Allocation of futures pricing, rolling of futures pricing and overfill / underfill pricing
• Issuance of contracts using Bunge standard terms and review of third party issued contracts
• SAP SALES AND DISTRIBUTION:
• Entering sales orders, EDI orders in SAP R/3, creating cases in SALESFORCE and analyzing information in TABLEAU
• Handling UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and CANADA for order management- Bulk and packaged materials
• Knowledge about configuration of customer complaints, sales orders, service orders and quotations
• Places orders, provides information on part pricing and availability, order status and delivery information
• Receives customer requests and prepares documents/SOPs, servicing and exchanges.

• Solely handled Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (region) and FRANCE for Order management process, Quote, managing compliance, and pricing strategy with different stakeholders
• Handled APAC Region (JAPAN and HONGKONG) (2018)
• Creating Dashboards and Reports for analysis and Visualization
• Conducting calls and discussion with Regional stake holders and Account Associates for discrepancies
• Acting as liaison between Business and Development
• Performing in UATs of various Ordering tools as Functional analyst.
