· Handle all escalations appropriately, ensure that the escalation matrix is adhered by the team
· Review the SLA Document and Ensure all processes are documented in SLA Review STOP/SOP every fortnight with the team across processes to ascertain the gaps and circumvent any crisis in the near future
· Perform Risk assessment for the process, maintain BCP document
· Review Work allocation on a monthly basis with Team Leads as per the delivery schedule, acquire consistent feedback from the associates to ensure the work life balance of the team members had been taken care of
· Partake in weekly service review conferences and represent SSC investigations whilst monthly service governance meetings, obtain necessary feedbacks from stakeholders to extemporize the processes further with constant refinements
· Schedule conferences with other internal teams to reflect aged discrepancies, post discourse with business unit teams ensure to maintain regular follow up queries had been sent to obtain resolution for cash aged variances
· Recognize the Potential of team members, involve associates in processes beyond deliverables and provide them with periodical feedback, thereby assist the team in maximizing their skill quotient
