• Ensuring smooth allocation in a timely manner and accurate clearing & settlement for clients prior to market closure for monthly/ quarterly rolls.

Worked closely with trading and sales desk, client service desk, trade support group to ensure efficient and effective processing of derivative products for client &

firm.

• Ensuring middle/back office systems are aligned with trader's front office positions, and liaising with product control and settlement teams for any discrepancies.

• Highly proficient with multiple exchanges and external GUI's and internal Morgan Stanley systems.

Connecting with counterparty brokers or third-party vendors to resolve any T+ and top-day breaks for clients across the EMEA markets, LME, EUREX, ICE/Liffe, MEFF,

IDEM

• Advising clients with regards to their Investment in Equity & Derivative Market
• Place orders on their behalf

• Handle customer service requirements like account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability product selling, liability on product features, Cheque book insurance

• Profiling clients and helping them on their investment decision
