- Data migration from the IMS database to the DB2 database for a large U.S. bank. In this assignment, my task was to replace the IMS call with the DB2 call. It was an end-to-end development task, from understanding the requirements from the client to deployment, and post-deployment support was my responsibility.
- As a Team Lead, I was responsible for providing solutions for any issues or problems faced by the offshore team then and there. Later, I was given the responsibility to lead the whole team, including the onshore peers. For the last few days, I was responsible for hosting the Daily Status Calls and maintaining the JIRA Dashboard.
- The next assignment was also a BFSI project for reporting purposes, where I was responsible for the mainframe-related work. There I got chance
to work on few more different technologies like Opentext Extreme. It was new technology but I quickly learnt it and delivered it on time.
Later I moved to core Mainframe related works where it was migrating to AWS. I worked diretly with client and report to them on
daily basis. - The current project is another BFSI project based in Europe. It is a regular mainframe project where I am responsible for end-to-end development work. In short, the responsibility is to understand the requirements from the client, then to provide support from development to post-deployment, and to prepare the functional design document.
- In my current project our team is responsible to deliver the Test Data to the downstream for SIT or the parallel run for the code changes
deployed in Pre Prod environment.
- Achievements : Almost zero post production defect form my end in last 3.5 years, also managed to reduced the team's production issue by Reviewed
by all strategies with in team.

- Manage the customers data of Leading Bank in USA, where my responsibility was to work on file based data source and update various information related to the customers. Crating monthly summary for Commercial Loan part was our responsibility.
- Perform end to end task of a SDLC from understanding the Business Requirement creating the Design Document to deploying the code and monthly support of the changes.
- Maintain and report different card transaction from different issuer was our primary responsibility. It was a very complex data flow system where our task was to get the data from different data source and adjust the balance sheet daily basis and generate report. If there is any discrepancy we need to investigate and resolve it then and there.
- My last assignment in Cognizant was also in a BFSI project where my work was to get the data from production and mask the sensitive data present in multiple files and tables. Then the regular Mainframe development task was involved. Here we worked with the Onshore counterpart to get the understanding clear. I worked on Informatica and some other tools in this ETL process. That was a very good experience for me.
