• Stellantis N.V. is a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation formed in 2021 on the basis of a 50–50 cross-border merger between the Italian-American conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the French PSA Group. It was the world's fifth-largest automaker. Worked in projects Motor Parts(MOPAR), COIN Marketing,Finance Portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Increased customer satisfaction by resolving Production issue in Finance System like production error, Critical issue that impact production and quick fix of issue in Application using COBOL, DB2, VSAM, QSAM, STORED PROCEDURE, CICS, SQL and etc. Mainframe Technics.
• Led offshore and onshore team in delivery of all critical issue in Finance Application, resulting in good quality of resolution.
• Represents team on priority 1/2/3 tickets calls and strive to resolve issues and stabilize application to ensure minimum downtime.
• Gain detailed knowledge of all business flows, application architecture and hardware configuration for supported applications.
• Saved $ amount by implementing cost-saving initiatives that addressed long-standing problems.
• Ensures support requests, clarify tickets, Ad-hoc queries, support to external applications are allocated within team and track its completion/resolution.

• Proclaim Claim Processing System is the Claim System consits of EDI/HP Gateway, Preprocessing, Adjudication, Post processing and downstream systems..

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analysis and Understanding requirements & functional specifications for claim requests.
• Prepare and conduct technical design document and walk through of document to all stakeholders.
• Knowledge Transfer to offshore team with business functionality and new requirements.
• Development of new batch programs using COBOL, IMS, DB2, SORT utilities.
• Debugging and implementing system using IBM Debug tools.
• Involved in preparing test plans for Independent Unit testing and System testing.
• Impact analysis for requirement changes, finding affected list of programs and homogeneous implementation.
• Log JIRA for testing defects identified and track till it is closed.
• Involve in monthly release activity.
• Status Reporting and Responsible for final delivery.
