• Job Responsibility includes being in regular contact with clients, resolve all their BAU and other Service
related issues. Identify system/process gaps and purge the same by following up with internal teams.
• Managing the Digital Customer Service team of the Bank and ensuring all the matrices are met.
• Working closely with all other stakeholders, define SOP, ensure compliance of regulatory requirements,
managing communications with all Digital clients of the Bank etc.
• Dealing in various digital products like AEPS, DMT, API, UPI, PPI, Indo-Nepal, POS, Merchant Acquiring
etc.

• Job Responsibility was to deepen existing Porftolio by cross-selling various Bank Products
• Bring NTB customers to Bank by seeking referrals from existing customer, Cold calling, referrals from
Family/Friends, Work on various Data provided by Bank, Branch Walk-In customers etc.
