I am a dynamic professional offering over 7 years of total experience. Majority of my career has been into International Business Development, International Delegate Acquisition and lastly Network development. I recently started my role as an Senior Global Inside Sales Specialist, prior to that I was working as an Assistant Manager into International Business Development & Marketing with a Nutraceutical company. Wore different hats for this role, however, my key focus remains into initiating Business for the company, growing company presence and also Networking. My former companies have helped me develop my research skills and improve my soft skills. Communication and client interaction remain my strength. I am competent in Business Development, Price Negotiation and Market Research. I was also exposed to customer facing interactions at the start of my career. Problem solving is something I have been able to proactively work on as each job had its own challenges. Relevant education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology has helped me leverage my knowledge across various technical & functional aspects.
• Conduct targeted research, to identify new markets and new organizations for creating new business opportunities. Seek out the appropriate contact within an organization.
• Generate leads and cold call prospective Clients to establish rapport.
• Follow up on the new business opportunities and set up meetings. Pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
