• Work with the RBU/PM to develop a target at Product Line level based on the Finance quota at APJ level.
• Translate the Target at a country level and come to consensus with Regional Sales team.
• Convert the Target agreed into the Product line level into SKU level and update the same in SAP APO.
• Monitor the Billing/Backlog at a SKU/Country Level - Work with country to adjust the forecast to match the trend.
• Communicate 9-month rolling forecast with supply team.
• Organize the Supply review call with supply chain and PM and provide directions about pull in of supply and Approve Risk buy.

• Collaborated with sales teams to forecast demand accurately, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times while minimizing overstocks.
• Developed and implemented a demand forecasting model to improve inventory control and reduce stockouts.
• Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
• Conduct Demand Review Meetings with Sales & Product Management in developing an 18 Month Rolling Demand Forecast by providing Statistical Analysis, Historical Trends and Sales Visibility.
• Review Sales and Product Management Forecast with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for any gaps; Drive gap closing actions.
• Periodically analyze the Sales Order Bookings, Backlog and Visibility Trends, Revise Demand Forecast, co-ordinate with Supply Planning and other teams for fulfilling the Backlog and Demand Forecast for achieving desired financial results.
• Measure Forecast Accuracy and drive for short and long-term improvements resulting to better On Time Delivery, Product Lead Times and Inventory Turns.
• Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals. Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.
• Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets).

• Responsible for the factory Engine Short term Demand supply Balancing, providing the engine availability confirmation to global team & Customer availability planning team.
• Optimizing level of inventories throughout the demand supply horizon & minimizing the cost of inventories considering flexibility of production and customer order fluctuation.
• Ensuring accurate Demand visibility on daily /Weekly for Raw materials planning to the procurement team & support in case of any deviation.
• Ensuring the Capacity balancing for the right product Days of Supply across the short term & plan for effective utilization of Line and input capacity planner if any constraints across Short Term.
• Responsible for the End-of-Life products to close with Zero inventory after the Ramp Down plan is released.
• Co-ordinate with other Global Nokia factories & Global planning team on any constraints seen towards engine or capacity shortage @ factory engine level & ensure no disruption or line stoppages due to engine shortage.

• Obtaining orders from Sales and confirming the orders through SAP.
• Preparing the procurement request of raw materials for sale orders on daily basis.
