- Parts have been supplying directly to assembly line without QA inspection (DOL) since then.
- After implementation of QMS in Kobelco in 2019, not a single NC occurred in any audit since then.
- Successful launching of five new models which are performing great in the market.
- Paint defects DPU reduced from 25 to 7 in 2 years.
- Commissioning Issues related to Tightening Guarantee Process, Wrong Specs, Part Miss are zero for last three years in a row. Leak cases are almost zero.
