Job Responsibilities:

• Leading team of engineers of all Western Region territories for CT and NM modalities and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as all operation parameters.
• Ensuring revenue margins for the modality by necessary proactive measures and technical expertise.
• Supporting upgrade business for the region.
• Managing vendors' service delivery processes in compliance with healthcare policies.
• Responsible for end-to-end solution for CT/NM modalities for west region (including support for diagnosis, spare delivery follow-up, system up, and documentation as per Q&R requirements)
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
• Participating in sales opportunities, contract renewals and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
• Managing regional Wearhouse hit rate 70% +
• Maintaining zero overdue and FTR for all PMs, FCOs and, Installations.
• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements
• Maintaining regional tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated.

• I was single handedly taking care for entire Saurastra region for all imaging modalities . CT ( LightSpeed Series, BrightSpeed, Hispeed, Brivo 385/325/315) & MRI (HDxt, Brivo355, Optima 360+, HD-Excite ) systems.
• Troubleshoot for corrective repairs & found their root cause.
• Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as
  maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a
  timely manner.
• Maintaining necessary communications with customers to ensure re-solution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
  

• My first job was with Philips Healthcare (Galaxy Enterprise, Channel Partners) as a field service engineer.
• i was responsible for Installations, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance, FCO implementations for the entire channel portfolio.
