ROLE: Execution of EPC Hydro Power Projects as Project Manager to achieve the organization's objective.

JOB RESPOSIBILITY-

Project Initiation:

• Contract review for Scope, Budget, Timeline, Risk & opportunities analysis.
• Setting up Project team , Conducting internal start off meeting and obtaining feedback from stakeholders for envisaged risk and opportunities.
• Kickoff meeting with Client and establishing communication plan & matrix.

Planning:

• Setting up Project Schedule, Preparing billing break-up, Cash flow Plan, Release of budget in ERP.

Execution:

• Co-ordination & Interaction with Clients / Consultants, and Internal departments through out project execution.
• Project Review Meetings/Liaison with Clients / Consultants, Management and with other internal departments.
• Purchase requisition creation, Sourcing strategy, Ordering status tracking, Monitoring readiness of equipment and subsequent dispatches of equipment within schedule.
• Maintaining cost & budget during executions & completion of projects.
• Co-ordinating Invoicing, Payments and Claims.
• Monitoring of Erection and Commissioning work at various sites.
• Tracking and arranging NCR disposition and RCAs.
• Co-ordination with other departments i.e. Manufacturing, Finance, Design and Engineering, Erection and commissioning to expedite various activities.

Project Closing:

• Handling Over procedure for project closer in all aspects and obtaining acceptance certificates from Client.

Others:

• Commercial overlook of Bank Guarantees, Letter of credits etc.

- Kukusan 2, Indonesia: 2 x 2.25 MW

- Odagiri Modernisation : Japan 3 x 9 MW

- Moiwa Modernisation : Japan 2 x 8.5 MW

- Nanae Modernisation : Japan 1 x 8 MW

JOB RESPOSIBILITY-

Project Initiation:

• Review Contract for Scope, Budget, Schedule, Risk & opportunities.

Execution:

• Preparation of Project Schedule, billing break-up & cash flow Plan.
• Develop detailed project plan (Scope, WBS, Milestones etc.) with team to track Project Progress.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path and develop execution strategies to overcome.
• Submit documents and obtain approval from Client on time.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management and support.
• Act on Material procurement strategy and facilitate make or buy decisions for Items.
• Conduct Weekly Review meeting to discuss Project Progress and assign plans for timely delivery of the Project.
• Expedite Deliveries.
• Timely customer inspection and get clearances from customer for Dispatches on time.
• Coordinate with factory, HO, and customer for smooth project execution.
• Resolve issues and conflicts in Project team.
• Plan and ensure quarterly sales and collection from Customer.
• Perform ERP (SAP) functions.
• key contact for customer and escalation point for project issues.
• Maintain strong relationships and communication with all stakeholders.

Projects executed (Axial fans & Air Pre-Heater package):

- Buxar Thermal Power Project, India- 2 x 660 MW (RAP, AF)

- Mauda Supre Thermal Power Plant - 2 x 660 MW (BF)

Role: Execution of Boiler Projects as Associate Project Manager.

JOB RESPOSIBILITY-

Planning:

• MIS for status tracking.

Execution:

• Interaction with Engineering for drawings, Specifications, inputs, vendor clarification, and approvals of drawings.
• Interaction with Commercial and accounts for assigning billing values, MRN and travel arrangements for employees traveling for project site work.
• Maintaining billing schedule in ERP (BaaN).
• Interaction with material department after timely release of indent and budget sanction for timely purchase order release and monitoring vendors for progressive deliveries.
• Interaction with Quality for Inspections, test reports and certificates.
• Interaction with Logistics for vehicle placements, container planning and co-ordination with CHA.
• Interaction with site and responding to site queries.
• Project Review Meetings/Liaison with Clients / Consultants, Management and with other internal departments.
• Projects executed (Boilers):

- Nanglamal Sugar Complex, India- 1 x 47 TPH, TG Slop fired boiler

- PT Premukashakti Manisindah, Sri lanka - 1 x 150 TPH, Baggase fired TG Boiler

- Nipuna Rice Products, Sri Lanka - 1 x 25 TPH Rice husk fired TG Boiler
