In Apollo International Limited at Engineering & Projects Division (EPD), EPD is engaged in sectors that include Education, Healthcare, Agriculture (including agro processing and value addition), Infrastructure Development and Industrial projects on turnkey basis.

The Key Responsibilities Includes:

• As Project Lead/Head responsible for on-schedule, and within-budget completion of EPC Contracts related to Dismantling and erection of storage tanks and associated works for esteemed PSU Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).
• Responsible for managing and subcontracting of multiple subtasks concurrently as it progress through design, detail, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, field erection, start up and warranty.
• Guiding team for preparation of Monthly Progress Reports and Tracking status on project schedule, including getting critical gaps closed.
• Reviewing financial reports, cash flows, expenditures & their assigned budgets.
• Managing cross functional team, keeping them aligned and focused on project at hand, and acting as mediator in case of disputes.
• Applied creative reasoning and logic to resolve complex and specialized managerial issues and develop sound solutions.
• Enacted contingency plans, escalated and directed system problems and issues and participated in post-mortem analysis to provide input for process improvements.
• Commitment towards Quality assurance & Wastage control at site.
• Risk Management including hands-on experience on claims with clients and Arbitration Cases thru Judicial System (Litigation Support)

Projects Completed/Under Progress:

• EPCC Package (EPCC-11) for Dismantling of 16 Vertical Tanks of Different Capacities, Construction of 16 New Tanks along with associated works “BARAUNI REFINERY CAPACITY EXPANSION TO 9.0 MMTPA PROJECT” at IOCL, Barauni Refinery, Bihar, India.
• EPCC Package (EPCC-7) for Storage Tanks Including Transfer Pumps And Associated Works For Petrochemical And Lube Integration Project “Lupech” (J-18) Project At IOCL Gujarat Refinery, Vadodara, Gujrat, India

• Responsible for managing and subcontracting of multiple subtasks concurrently as it progress through design, detail, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, field erection, start up and warranty.

• 2X210 MW Renovation and Retrofitting of ESP Package of Unit#3 and #4 for NTPC Limited, Feroze Gandhi Thermal Power Station, Unchahar, Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh, India - Completion of Facilities certificate received for both units.
• NTPC Township Electrification Package for NTPC Gadarwara, STPP, Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh, India- Completed and Completion of Facilities received.
• NTPC Township Electrification Package for NTPC Ramagundam, STPP, Joytinagar, Telengana, India - Completed and Completion of Facilities received.
• Balance of Civil and Painting works for NTPC Lara STPP, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India - Completed.
• Civil and Structural Work for 18.5 MW Steam & Power Plant for M&R Complex 5th Alumina Expansion Project at NALCO, Damanjodi, Koraput, Orissa, India - Under Progress
