Head Electronic Banking Transaction Monitoring
- End to End implementation of EFRM (enterprise-wide fraud risk model) like Falcon, Clari5.
- Carrying out system driven transaction monitoring for Electronic Banking Like Cards- DC/CC, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, UPI, AEPS and Prepaid.
- Designing of Rule basis, the trend to have robust monitoring.
- Timely calibrating the rules to have maximum hit rate.
- Managing team of 5 Team leaders,20+ Associates/Sr. Associates including Senior Manager, Manager, Assistant/Deputy Manager and QA.
- Determining Training needs of team, conduct suitable training sessions to enhance their operational efficiency.
- Publishing performance MIS and conducing discussion with the team to enhance their operational skills and performance.
- Focus on detection and containment by monitoring transactions based on Parameter and preventing losses by predicting fraud trends.
- Analyzing fraud patterns and suggesting necessary inputs for setting up new thresholds or parameter or enhancement of existing parameter for efficient results.
- Providing Fraud trends updates, re-examining the accounts in real time authorization system and providing timely updates to the senior management about the recent fraudulent activity.
- Direct interaction with stakeholders (compliance Team, Development Team, Technology Support, Merchant acquiring Team etc.)
- Ensuring the compliance of regulatory requirement directed in parlance to monitoring at bank level.
- Carrying out RCA and deployment of fix in case of any issue arises due to technical glitch or some control not in place.
- Interface with Law Enforcement Agencies, peer banks, NPCI & RBI to service needs regarding fraud and dispute concerns
- Review weekly & monthly based dashboards & reports using analytical tools and using Falcon & OBIEE
- Review and publishing investigation reports and fact findings based on customer version along-with system logs and reconciled with transaction data elements to conclude RBI circular(s) on customer liability
- Handling & Reviewing Anti- Money laundering cases to avoid mitigate Money laundering Transactions.
- Scrutiny of Money laundering transactions: Overseeing the suspicious transactions, identifications of frauds and taking measures to avoid / stop them
- Attending Seminars/meetings with Law enforcement agencies and business associates.
- Provides liaising support to PAN India for Real-Time Fraud Cases
- Monitoring bank accounts in terms of the account behavior, transaction pattern, velocity checks, Risk profile and geographical location along-with KYC.
