Receipt of Purchase Orders from Front Line Sales Personnel with Full Details
Coordination with Warehouse Personnel for Stock Statement on Daily Basis
Raising SOC in CRM / Oracle
Check the Credit Limits & processing for Limit Enhancements / Payments
Coordination with Billing Personnel for Invoicing the SOCs raised
Coordination with Dispatch In charges for Dispatches of Raised Invoices
Coordination with Customers for Delivery of the Dispatched Orders
Coordination with Warehouse for Customer Related Documents - COA, MSDS, etc
Quotations to the Customers as advised by the Sales Personnel / Product Team
