As Program Manager:
• Lead and manage geographically spread 03 teams of 20 FTE, including AI/ML Developers, Test Engineers,
Scrum Masters, Quality Consultants, and Data Engineers.
• Responsible for the success of the GBS and GS Automation programs.
• Responsible for goal setting, work assignments, performance reviews, and compensation reviews (ACR).
• Provide coaching and development to enhance team skills and performance.
• Drive improvement initiatives benefiting broader Global Services teams.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with US/OUS ICT stakeholders on Solution Delivery engagements including
automation space.
• Foster Inclusive and Safe environment for the team.
As Engagement Leader:
• Serve as the official contractual contact for supplier/vendor relationships with a service value of ~$5 Million/year.
• Own contract management and negotiations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
• Bridge between Lilly IT stakeholders and suppliers, resolving pressing issues.
• Manage supplier associates, including Delivery Manager, Project Managers, Developers, and Support staff.
• Participate in the Monthly Supplier Management Forum and oversee Support/Maintenance expenses.
As IT System Custodian/System Manager:
• Handle Systems Budget responsibility.
• Ensure systems are developed, maintained, and validated according to policies for 02 HR/HSE Systems.
• Represent validation documentation during audits and make validation-related decisions.
• Collaborate with System Owners (Business) and CSQA on quality issues and approve validation artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with privacy procedures and oversee the use of personal information.
As Senior Service Manager:
• Ensure effective service management and delivery, maintaining uniform processes and governance.
• Develop and present metrics, reports, and dashboards on service performance, compliance, and operational
efficiency.
• Assist Process Owner in improving processes as a member of the Enterprise Problem Review Board.
• Accountable for CMDB Data health and guide local configuration teams as LCM CMDB Lead.
• Monitor system retirement progress and approve invoicing as System Retirement POC. Service Value = $0.4M/Yr.
