Defined the migration strategy and plan. Managed small team over 70 supplier employees, to migrate data from CATIA to NX. Migrated over 30,000 CATIA Assemblies/Parts to NX for Daimler Trucks North

- Coordinate, prepare, review and implement engineering design and documentation changes for Freightliner Trucks (38N,42N)
- Create and check documentation in support of engineering releases which includes bill of materials, assemblies, drawings, design charts and deviation bills.
- Provide technical assistance to design engineering professionals in order to ensure accurate design documentation.
- Monitor and coordinate the overall timing and flow of engineering design releases for projects ensuring that schedules are being met.
- Ensure that documentation standards and procedures keep pace with current practices and business requirements.
- Work directly with Engineering and other down stream departments to meet the deadlines.
- Liaison between Engineering and other departments (Manufacturing,Product Data Control and Changeover teams)
- Complete ownership of performing audits for Chassis, Cab, Mechatronics departments and ensure no content missed at the time of Design and Final packet of Engineer work request, also during pre-series and start of production.
- Responsible for Standard parts optimization (KTO mass update) CCI project (Continuous Cost Improvement), where nut/washer is swapped in thousands of bill of materials.
- Advice management in changes/updates to SOP to meet requirements.
- Participate in Core technical meetings to review NPI documentation proposals.
- Drive team to optimize rejections reduction, automation, FTE saving, cost saving of the process.
- Responsible for MIP document control for each engineer work request throughout the whole process cycle.
- Check and mitigate BOM risk across the supply chain.
- Responsible for updating drawings according to GD&T a.s per DTNA standards (Daimler Truck North America).ity planning.
