· Responsible for discounts & rewards program being offered to customers of Metro and to support company’s expansion program for both Offline (On shelf Customers) & On-line (Ecommerce Customers)

· Experience in implementing Point of Sales Stores Solution, Finance systems, back office

· Key role played in testing both local developments and implementing harmonized system floated by the group company related to Point of Sale (POS) and Discount Modules, hybris Ecom App.

· Responsibility of Promotions End to End sharing Knowledge to Sonata team(Ecom Vendor), planning, testing to completion, coordinator focused on Executing Specific Stage of a plan, finally rollout successfully without any defect on Promotions Part.

· Perform analysis on all e-commerce activities on the daily/weekly basis as required and identify roadblocks for customers in the checkout process and recommend improvements to same.

· Partner with e-commerce teams to perform and recommend improvements to e-commerce site performance.

· Monitor all redesigning tasks and ensure incorporation of changes/features suggested and all business requirements to the site after analyzing the changes.

· Coordinate effectively with the stakeholders, operations, and the IT team.

· Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate

· Reconciles all accounts pertaining to accounts payable. Research and resolve any discrepancies and up to date on relevant issues.

· Monitor all vendor payment agreements to find discounts that can be used to reduce invoice amounts

Accounts Payable

· Process and support Accounts Payable transactions.

· Ensure verification of documents and complies with the company’s policy & procedures.

· Process invoices of PO/Non-PO including verification of documents and approvals.

o Domestic Vendors

o Foreign Vendors

· Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
