  • The Source to Pay (S2P) Center of Expertise (CoE) I was responsible to work in close collaboration with the S2P Leadership (GPOs, SDMs, Head of CoE) and IT (inc. external providers) to translate the S2P strategy into concrete measures and drive its implementation and continuous maintenance, in accordance to expected quality, efficiency and compliance levels.

IBM INDIA PVT LTD, Subject Matter Expertise (Acting Team Lead) – Operations, Currently part of Accounts payable team for Africa region (13 Countries), managing team of 12 members for Invoice Processing and Vendor Reconciliation. Responsible to maintain the KPI’s of the process Payment On Time (POT), First Pass Yield (FPY), Purchase Order Compliance (POC). Transformations a dynamic go getter and trend setter with domain expertise in Order To Cash – Dispute management / Invoicing / Customer First - Customer Relations Management. Worked with various teams for Xerox client - O2C. Customer First (Customer Relations Management) First Point of contact for the Xerox UK Customers, deals with all the queries related to customers account/invoices. Dispute Management Ireland Dealt with Xerox Ireland customer’s queries on the invoices, and contractual issues. Dispute Management UK Dealt with Xerox UK customers queries on the invoices, and contractual issues. Dispute Management – Williams Lea One of the highest revenue accounts for Xerox was maintained by myself, All High value logs (Value depends upon the debt value of logs received for the month) was worked and approved by the client < 4 days. First time ever we closed Q3 2014 with £ 0 outstanding amount since GO LIVE. Significant Achievements at IBM: Has been awarded STAR AWARD 4 times. I am a part of Fun committee and Corporate Social Responsibility, have organized various team outings and team engagement activities. Have reduced the Williams Lea logs count volumes from 647 avg to 40 avg by the end of Nov’ 14.
