• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Heading a Quality function
• Improving quality assurance processes and practices. Involved in the recruitment and mentoring of QA Engineers.
• Developing and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Overseeing and investigation of Customer Complaints and Non-conformities.
• MR (IATF 16949:2016) - Writing up Quality Assurance manuals
• Preparing for third party audits
• Execution of internal and external audits as per the plan
• Maintaining the company’s SOP system
• Support to New Product Development – MDT member (APQP, Development of FMEA & CP and Process improvements In House and Supplier end)
• CFT Team Member
• BIQS Champion

• Implementing SGA, Quality Circle etc.,
• In house rejection within target (Target 350 PPM ; Act 290 PPM)
