• Responsible for DTI Book of Work Management across Middle Office and Back Office Operation teams across global which includes requirement gathering,prioritization, development, testing, documentation, prod. releases, adhering governance framework etc.
• Lead strategic programs: Middle Office DTI integration, End User Computing(EUC) framework implementation, Centralised Middle Office KRI program for risk and governance etc.

• Provide subject matter expertise and Build team competencies in Python, Alteryx, Power BI, Sharepoint and emerging digital technologies
• Oversee BAU operations for 70+ Alteryx workflows, 130+ Power BI dashboards and 30+ Python based solutions
• Strengthens the controls and governance around access management, Data Quality and ensuring the integrity and reliability of reporting data.
• Ensure JIRA governance standards, EUC registration, documentation and recertification compliance

• Setting up Service Offering KPIs for Operations teams for Activity Based Costing management strategy
• Process Re-engineering of KYC Operations using digital tools - MS SharePoint Workflow, Infopath, Power BI Dashboards
• Driven automation in regulatory reporting processes resulting 7 FTE saves and increased data accuracy using Business Intelligence Tools

Responsible to produce business intelligence reports for the senior management key weekly and month-end reports like Weekly Activity Reports, Executive Management Reporting packs, Financial Summary, Performance reports etc for US,UK Funds

• Analyzing operating results and key cost/revenue drivers (Revenues/Expenses/Flows/AUM).
• Liaising with Product and Channel CFO Teams to understand business drivers and reporting requirements.
• Supporting ad hoc requests for Revenue, Flow and Expense analysis and reviews.
• Extraction and mining of data reports from the source MIS systems.
• Responsible for the control, reporting and analysis of financials and providing necessary information to the various GIM Product and Channel CFO Teams.

Responsible for MIS reporting of Internal Control Unit of India Consumer Banking to Senior Management using Crystal Reports and Excel

Generation of Daily & Monthly reports, which tracks mentioned reports using Business Intelligence Crystal Reporting Tool.

• Non-zeroized transitory accounts (Suspense, Deferred, Interbranch, Intergroup).
• Vault burst report to highlight if there is burst against business limit.
• Overages & Shortages entries booked by ATM OPS & Branches. Burst in ATMAR limit.
• Monthly summary of Vault cash limit burst, ATMAR burst, Overages & shortages, Stop payment review.
• Tracking daily transitory balance reporting > 1 day > 10 lacs. Daily preparation of transitory a/c’s balance MIS having > 10 lacs balance.
• Weekly & monthly summary have to send to senior supervisors & Unit heads.
• Fortnightly RBI reports, generating and collating the data received from respective Units for submission to FINCON.
• Website generation and updating all audit proofs & summary-using Share point application
