  • ADP Private LTD – SAP HCM UK Payroll Support Project, United Kingdom, SAP HCM R/3 On-premise System & Siebel CRM.

  • Technical -> Define high level solution design for complex requirements and make recommendations.
  • Efficiently managing the role of SPOC for HRSP updates where I have identified, reviewed, and analyzed UK specific OSS notes and informed product about the limitations before deploying the relevant notes into development system.
  • Identifying system gaps and delivering solutions in Query SR’s, CR’s & Legislative updates for all responsible clients especially during payroll window.

  • Ensure that client requirements and the solutions delivered in SAP system are complaint with the legal guidelines.
  • Played a vital role in managing the smooth transition of different client country projects from Implementation to Application support team.
