Ensure high quality,patient care and safety

Monitor Nursing practices and maintain clinical standards

Handle critical incidents,patient complaints and quality issues

Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed

Staff Management -

Team work

Plan and manage duty rosters and staffing levels

Provide staff guidance,trainings,motivations and discipline when required

Resolve staff conflicts and maintain a positive work environment and if need take help from management

Administrative Responsibilities -

Implementation of hospital Nursing policies and procedure

Maintain proper documentation,reports,and records

Coordinate with Surgeons and Anesthetists

Ensure compliance with hospital rules,NABH/AACI Standards

Education & Training -

Organize in service training and orientation programe

Ensure OT staff are updated with new protocols and skills

Support continuing nursing education

Resource & Inventory Management -

Monitoring of proper use of equipment and supplies

Prevent wastage and report equipment issues on time

Quality Improvement -

Conducts audits,inspections,and performance reviews

Implement quality improvement initiatives

Monitor patient outcomes and nursing indicators

Leadership and Communication -

Act as a link between nursing staff and hospital management

Participate in hospital meeting and decision -making

Promote teamwork,discipline and professional ethics

OT Equipments Operating and Management -

Operating of OT Equipments liks-Anesthesia work station, OT Table,Cautery machine,Harmonic,Laser Machine,C-arm,CUSA ,Lap towers,Tourniquet,Dfeb etc
