- Support Design & Development project from CtP (Concept to Product) in different phases such as Feasibility, Functional Prototype, Production Prototype, Pilot Batch and Serial Production
- Study the Master spec
- Of the project and determine the scope, milestones & timeline of project
- Breakdown project in small milestones and do detailed Project Planning, Scheduling with resource allocation
- Present weekly status in PTM's on Design
- Involve in Brainstorming sessions within team & other departments such as Production, Purchasing, Aftermarket, Marketing, Quality
- Involve in Discussion with Suppliers for Design for Manufacturing & Cost targets as per project Budget
- Review design/proposals done by Design/Project Engineers
- Guide in critical parts designs
- Main approach is for Design for manufacturing, Design for Assembly, and Maximize Reuse of parts focusing cost as main Driver
- Complete responsibility from Design to Serial production from engineering department
- Prepare/Guide for test plan/Instruction creation for laboratory, Production
- Respect timeline of all project Deliverables accordingly plan project activities considering priorities
- Perform Mechanical Calculations required for Compressor layout/footprint sizing, Pressure Vessel preliminary calculations, selection of components in compressor layout, AML Data
- Understand well project requirements & Solve the complex issues with clarity in communication.

- FS & VSD platforms are available with NEMA4 rating
- Production prototype support includes Sheet metal drawings, Pipes design and drawings, ASSY instructions, Flow diagrams, GA drawings etc
- Designed NEMA4 electrical enclosure in this project which is certified by UL.
