  • Scheduled Delivery Slots (Japan Network)

Scheduled delivery was launched in Japan network which enabled customers to choose their specific slot timings for delivery. Schedule delivery was implemented across the complete network in multiple phases., Involved in requirement gathering, clarification, task assignment, risks, and operation challenges., Conducted a scheduled delivery experiment to investigate customer adaptation to slot timing changes., Collaborated with various team stakeholders for the operation and technical challenges resolutions., Developed the end-to-end execution strategy and implemented the project via the network in three phases., Worked with ground operation teams and last mile station teams for enabling the scheduled pickups with no CS impact., Interacted with multiple third-party carriers Yamato and FedEx for creating schedule network process in their network.

  • Pharmacy Launch -JPTS

The Pharmacy delivery network launch project in Japan focused on expanding consumer delivery alternatives while changing the entire network's distribution structure. Additionally, with the integration of Pharma into the network, Amazon increased its Japan network sales by 3., Analysis and gathering of requirements., Started a new pattern of delivery, worked with outside parties to onboard various healthcare organizations as FBAs, and built their FC(Alias) within the Amazon network., Worked closely with several technical and financial teams on a variety of approvals and technical challenges., Developed a document and distributed it to various stakeholders with the deployment pattern.

  • AMXL Expansion for India (A.in)

AMXL (Heavy Bulky), which was formerly limited to a small number of Tier-1 cities, was expanded across the India network in 2020-2021 and is now serviceable across 18k zip codes. Following the conclusion of this initiative, AMXL orders jumped from an average of 8,000 per day to 34,000 per day, generating millions of dollars in income for Amazon., Enabled 10 sort centers in various Indian states to facilitate the sorting process and 300 stations designated solely for the delivery of big and bulky products., Created a rule at the back end using the AMXL flag that caused AMXL to take the only newly launched stations path after working with technical teams to segregate the current stations., Created a rate structure in collaboration with the financial teams that gives AMZL (Amazon Transport System) priority status of a customer order., Streamlined the procedure and incorporated the planned delivery slot option into the AMXL business, allowing the customer to select the delivery slot timing., This was the primary project that aided in my position, and it was one of the largest projects handled in India by many teams.

  • Automation for India & Japan Contingencies

 Multiple contingency-related executions are handled by this continuing process improvement program., Collaborated with multiple technical teams to automate all the manual tasks for the Amazon networks in Japan and India., Developed Excel macros using VBA scripts to increase the speed of execution., Managed automation programs for third-party carriers in the A.in network.
