• Checking for required valid documents based on the requested amount of the loan (Bank Statements, Vat returns, Company accounts and management accounts)
• Responsible for escalating the application with errors found in bank statements and company accounts
• Responsible for updating the application details in chatter with account manager
• Updating the VAT returns statement in proper format on organization portal for further investigation by Credit analyst
• Responsible for updating the final results to review the application by account manager and sending a follow up to the client with application status
