Team Performance Dashboard

Domain : Research

Project Description:

Created an end-to-end Power BI dashboard to show team performance and quality trend for all the teams in the process. This helped the SLT to understand individual and team performance and gave business insights for better decision making.

Power BI Desktop, Excel & SQL Server.

Key Deliverables

Data Transformation – Clean and create structured data and save it in SQL Server Database.

Process Automation – VBA used to skip the manual process of cleaning the data & storing the data into database.

Visualization – Used Power BI & Schedule refresh option used to update data on daily basis. Development of calculated Measures and Dimensions to support the report requirement using DAX.

Employee Attendance dashboard and Status

Domain : Research

Project Descriptions :

Developed an end-to-end employee database in SQL and created a dashboard in Excel which showed the employee attendance and leaves on daily basis. Also showed the total number of employees present in each team, location wise data and attrition report.
