- Supporting UK projects (EE and H3G) through multi-vendor tools like Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia 3G, and Nokia 2G/4G/5G.
- To provide support for the field team to clear critical and major alarms (site down, cell down, clock sync, ALD reconfiguration, and scan) over the call and FSO chats.
- Troubleshooting and configuration changes were done for major alarms in sites to make the site back to live.
- Progressing tickets on a priority basis, like P1, P2, P3, and P4, is based on critical, major, and non-service affecting alarms in the site.
- Following high priority tickets until closure, complete activities in the field for Huawei equipment such as MRRU, LRRU, MRFU, UMPT card, GTMU, UBBP, MHA, and RET replacement, and provide closure code to close tickets.
- Supporting Nokia tickets, also using NetAct R10/R12 for 24/4G/5G technology, for performing reconfiguration, reset, and engaging field support if required. Hardware modules such as AHEGC, AREA, FXEB, ARGA, ABIO/ABIA, FSMF, and ASIB system module.
- Even supporting Ericsson ticket also handling for troubleshooting RRU/BBU/TRX reset and blocking/unblocking the sector, SYNC alarms for daily BAU operation
- Coordinate with TDA, Transmission, and IM Teams to clear alarms if that kind of alarms requires reset, configuration change, and re-commissioning.
- Provided technical support to customers, Field engineer via phone and email.
