• Lead enterprise-wide TA strategy, workforce planning, and hiring governance aligned to business growth and future capability needs.
• Build forecasting models, hiring dashboards, and governance frameworks covering TAT, funnel metrics, source mix, audits, and quality-of-hire.
• Drive TA digitization through ATS optimisation, automation, analytics dashboards, and implementation of AI-based sourcing tools..
