Primary responsibility is to provide excellent Technical Service and Support to North and east region customers to drive top line sales growth (volume and revenue). Interact with customers at appropriate levels on regular basis. Obtain and report information on technical and commercial trends in the marketplace including competitive activity so that our sales strategy can be developed to consider up to date situation. Determine the real needs of the customers and coordinate with Sales Team to advise them on correct products to satisfy their needs. Involvement in new development at customer end. Strong technical competency with 15 years of experience in flexible packaging industries. Good understanding of all the products and its application. Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills with proven ability to successfully interact with and produce both verbal and written reports. Ability to attend, solve day to-day problems with only serious issues being escalated to higher authorities. Advising R&D and manufacturing on technical priorities. Confidence and flexibility to often work under significant pressure to deliver effective and high-quality solutions are essential.
● Profitable Sales revenue of 300 Crs in Business Development across India, Srilanka, Middle east for Flexible Packaging Ink Business.
● Grew sales revenue by 32% and profitability by 10% over a period of 1 ½ years.
