Primary responsibility is to provide excellent Technical Service and Support to North and east region customers to drive top line sales growth (volume and revenue). Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills with proven ability to successfully interact with and produce both verbal and written reports. Ability to attend, solve day to-day problems with only serious issues being escalated to higher authorities. Advising R&D and manufacturing on technical priorities. Confidence and flexibility to often work under significant pressure to deliver effective and high-quality solutions are essential.
