Company Overview: Savex Computers Limited is the 3rd largest Information and Communication Technology Distributor in India. Organization held It's Headquartered in Mumbai, Savex has 72 Sales offices and 42 stocking locations across the country
Overall responsible for channel partners claims management in Mobile and CE business of Samsung
Preparation of scheme pay-out working files regarding claims for Samsung Mobile and Consumer Electronics at state level
Review Samsung's working file and reconcile it with Savex working file (prepared by me) and notify Samsung SOP team about discrepancy in order to maintain accuracy in claim settlement
Assure to disburse all scheme pay-outs along with detailed working to respective MDD and dealers within 2 working days (post receiving pay-outs from Samsung) and also verify that pay-outs being distributed further to all the dealers or not
Provide scheme pay-outs single sheeter to all MDD and dealers and also loop in Samsung and Savex Sales team to maintain transparency
Collect NDC from MDD and dealers within TAT on monthly basis
Address MDD and dealers scheme discrepancy and resolve it at individual level by explaining working file and scheme policy in detail
Report all the legitimate discrepancies and resolve them by coordinating with Samsung SOP and Sales Team
Report all the pending claims to Samsung team on monthly basis and do regular follow ups in order to resolve all the pendency in timely manner
Lead quarterly NDC upload activity by coordinating with each MDD and dealers
Share visibility audit tracker to all MDD on monthly basis and report out the retailers list in case of ‘audit not performed' or performed incorrectly
Review price of both sections (Mobile and CE) and report the discrepancies on regular basis
Prepare NLC (Net Lending Cost) report for Mobile and consumer electronics
Prepare profitability statement at branch level for consumer electronics section
