• Developed end-to-end SAP PP and QM modules in collaboration with Oren Consulting Pvt. Ltd. improving production planning accuracy by 100%.
• Configured and tested SAP PP QM modules to ensure alignment of business processes with quality standard.
• Ensure that SAP PP and QM are properly integrated with other SAP modules.
• Keeping track of inventory levels, ordering materials, and ensuring that production lines are well-stocked to avoid delays.
• Coordination between various departments, like procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.

• Inventory age analysis MIS for excess non-moving WIP and follow up with production for completion or disposal.
• The creation and maintenance of production schedules to ensure timely completion of solar module manufacturing orders. This involves coordinating with various departments like procurement, production, and logistics to align resources and meet production targets.
• Collecting and analyzing production data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, and quality metrics. Generating reports to management to provide insights into production performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Material requirements follow up with store team & purchase team.
• Preparing customer order status.
• Production planning, scheduling, sequencing & line balancing - preparing so, material requirements, material flow, allocation & communication with store team and production team.
• Shop floor management W.R.T. Pos. (5s, FIFO, FEFO, MIN-MAX).
• Coordinating daily production plan with cross-functional team for smooth execution of production plan and manage the change in plan to address customer requirements/urgency.
• Reports and records management of planning. (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
• MES management preparing work order, work order rule, barcode creation, material type, materials, BOM & various reports execution.
• Perform inventory management for timely delivery and for minimizing transportation charges.
• Identify potential risk on delivery through late order/open order review.
• Optimizing the planning process and strategy for stock availability improvement.
• Proactively communicate with the cross-function team to streamline the supply chain process and maintain the service level.
