• Prepare and review Manufacturing Process Plans (MPP), Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Manufacturing Inspection & Test Procedures (MITP) in line with client specifications and relevant codes (ASME, ISO, etc.).
  
  Develop and issue Work Instructions, NDT Procedures, and Heat Treatment Procedures to ensure full compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
  
  Welding Engineering & Qualification
  
  Develop WPS and execute PQR as per ASME Section IX, ISO 9606, ISO 15614, and ISO 15609.
  
  Manage and coordinate welder qualification programs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and customer requirements.
  
  Quality Control & Inspection
  
  Raise inspection calls through various client-specific portals.
  
  Liaise with major clients including NPCIL, BHEL, L&T, EDF France, GE Hydro/Vernova, Siemens Germany, Doosan, MHI Japan, and Toshiba for witness inspections, hold point clearances, and dispatch approvals.
  
  Conduct and validate batch testing of welding consumables as per ASME Section II, Part C.
  
  Supplier Quality Management
  
  Perform QMS audits for suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with internal and customer quality standards.
  
  Review and approve supplier quality documents, inspection reports, and test plans.
  
  Team Leadership & Training
  
  Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance/Inspection team, managing daily activities, performance reviews, and adherence to quality systems.
  
  Deliver technical training and mentoring for welders, inspectors, and junior engineers on standards, procedures, and project requirements.
  
  Client Specification Review & Compliance
  
  Interpret and apply client specifications.
  
  Ensure full compliance with ASME, ISO, and statutory standards, and maintain internal QMS documentation.
  
  Reporting & Audit Readiness
  
  Prepare detailed quality reports, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and implement corrective/preventive actions

Responsibilities were Non Destructive Testing, MQP/QAP Preparation, Final Inspection conduction with Client and Related documentation, Client Handling, Welder Qualification Test.

• Welding inspection, Painting Inspection, NC Management and CAPA, ISO 9001 Internal Audit Conduction, Provide Training to Workers/Staff, 5s, New Supplier Assessment

• Responsibilities were - Dimensional inspection, Non Destructive Testing, MQP/QAP Preparation, Internal Inspection, In-process & Final Inspection conduction and documentation.
• Client Handling, Welder Qualification Test Conduction, Welding inspection, Paint Inspection.

• Responsibilities were Production planning, Manpower Handling, Dimensional Inspection, Visual inspection, Welding inspection, Production report Making etc.

• Responsibilities were - Production of Heat Exchanger & Pressure Vessel, Inspection of Heat Exchanger & Pressure vessels Including Dimensional Inspection.

• I completed training and a research project on thermal power stations, boilers, and cooling towers.
