Compose and maintain Operator manuals, installation instructions, quick reference guides, troubleshooting procedures for 5000, 3000, 6000 series tractor and W- Series Combines.
Worked closely with the design team, product safety team, parts catalogue team, and training team to create the operating and repair procedures.
2 main green field projects on which i worked was implementing AC Cab and transmission localization for W Series Combine Harvester.
Coordinated the internal review process for all deliverables prior to release.
Lead for copy editing process where grammar, clarity, content and formatting is reviewed.
Maintained professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, teardown sessions, and field visits.
Authoring of Installation Instructions, Operator, Technical diagnostic and Repair Manuals in DITA, XML based CMS.
Project tracking and reporting of manuals with PowerBI.
Publication and translation Coordinator.
·Provided training and guidance to cross-functional teams on technical documentation requirements and processes.
Part of Domain knowledge Core team and delivered Combine Harvester Overview sessions for new joiners at department level and arranged other sessions based on their needs.
Project lead for Installation Instruction work, where the work was shifted from Mannheim to India. Coordinated and understood the expectation and with in 6 months we were delivering the work.
Resolved complex report cards in timely & accurate manner from aftermarket user groups like dealers, customers & different internal user groups like, engineering, customer & product support, parts & service marketing.
