Roles and Responsibilities

  • Need to be a keen observer of the customer profiles.
  • Completing the periodic reviews triggered by the system.
  • Validating the customer documents within our system of records.
  • Liaising with relationship managers, middle office team and business Management team to complete the reviews.
  • Raising exceptions and communicating with middle office to obtain the necessary approvals.
