Maintained 99% inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and monitoring of inward/outward movements, while minimizing stock discrepancies, damages, and inventory aging.

* Freight & Vendor Management: Managed PAN-India freight and logistics operations, building a robust and scalable supply chain network covering 20,000+ PIN codes to support B2C business and General Trade distribution. Managed logistics and transportation vendors, negotiated freight rates and service terms, and optimised carrier allocation to improve cost efficiency and delivery performance. Monitored freight costs, vendor performance, SLAs, and delivery timelines while identifying opportunities for cost optimization, route efficiency, and reduction of logistics expenses without compromising service levels.

• Raising Purchase Orders for spare parts, finished goods and coordinating for SWAP handsets for service support.
• Supporting in Vendor management and evaluation.
• Responsible for reconciliations of goods with ASP & Distributors and reconcile with them to match the stock in the system.

• Oversee the swaps management of Nokia Mobile Phones through the Nokia Care and Nokia Priority.
• Reconcile stock with Nokia India Pvt. Ltd., ensuring 100% compliance with the defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Plan mobile phone spares inventory requirements for various HCL locations and Nokia Care Partners, ensuring service turnaround time (TAT) is met.
• Manage spares consumption planning for newly launched models, ensuring Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) are maintained across all locations nationwide.
• Create Purchase Orders based on sales and service consumption data in the system.
• Track and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to monitor component consumption and sales, while forecasting future requirements to support market needs.
• Ensure to deliver all the goods to Nokia cares and Priority timely as per defined Sop & TAT.
• Coordination with Internal Auditors for stock across the HCL centers and at Mother warehouse PAN India.
