- Updating provisional costs based on the origin debit note and reconciling revenue costs according to agreed terms with local agents or customers for all sub-jobs.
- Notify each individual customer about the shipment status by sending a Container Arrival Notice (CAN) and raising invoices according to the estimated time of arrival (ETA) date.
- If there are any self-routed nomination shipments in the subject container, coordinate with the concerned Customer Service team to determine the selling rate and local charges. Cross check these details by sending a Statement of Confirmation (SOC) and ensuring clarity on job loss implications.
- Liaise with the concerned carrier for their local charges invoice, update the corresponding amount in the provisional cost, and initiate a Payment Request (PRQ) to the carrier. Ensure the PRQ is forwarded to our accounts team for payment processing.
- Requesting Delivery order / NOC (No Objection Certificate ) via Dubai Trade by uploading documents such as Requesting party letter, DO party letter, Emirates ID and MBL copy , making payment through credit /debit card or which or the options in DT.
- After submitting the request , carrier will release the DO / NOC within 3 hours , then notify every individual customer that the Delivery Order (D/O) is ready.
- If it is FCL, the consignee will collect the container directly from the port after DO collection from us and return the empty to the carrier within the free time.
- Generating report and sending reminders to consignee for uncollected DO & Cargo, and regularly communicating with the Team Leader/Manager to provide updates on progress and discuss any issues or challenges.
