  • I currently lead 2 verticals (VAM & PAM) within the Central Supply team at Swiggy which focuses on Growth initiatives across the food delivery BU.
  • In my current experience, I own the PnL for the entire VAM(Virtual Account Management) & PAM(Personalised Account Management) BU's for Swiggy as the Senior Manager and have scaled the food business from 8k to 17K orders/day.
  • In my current role, I try to identify opportunities for business growth with a focus on increasing platform Traffic and transacting users across Food delivery. I do this by:
  • Identifying user acquisition & engagement opportunities across select segments like- Newly launched restaurants and restaurants looking for growth via a personalized account management.
  • Do this by identifying the right set of Partners to deliver account management and leverage their reach to engage with the users. Key interventions include: Menu hygiene (images, descriptions, thumbnails) Inorganic Levers ( Ads, Discounts, Influencer marketing)
  • I lead the thinking on who to partner with, what to build for the restaurant partners including product integrations and work on developing a sound growth journey to ensure a good ROI for the entire effort.
  • Also own the NPS for the 2 charters. Great execution has helped NPS has grow from 18 to 51 over the last 3 years.
  • Lead a 100-member team( On-roll/Off roll) across business planning, sales and account management functions.

  • As the Operations head, I am responsible for the P&L of the Operational cost(delivery side) of doing business, which generated a GMV of 12Cr/month for Goa and 105Cr/month for Mumbai.
  • My key responsibilities included: In this role, I led the hyperlocal strategy, last mile operations, SLA, business expansion to new areas, recruitment and stakeholder management.
  • Managed a ~10000 member team (DE's) responsible for delivering food across Mumbai & Goa.
  • Delivered a SLA of 24 mins by bringing it down from 36 mins.
  • Reduced monthly DE attrition from 16% to 9% by launching tenured based and loyalty based rewards to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Reduced the CPD (Cost per delivery) from Rs.60 to Rs.52 by focusing on robust incentive plan to avoid burn and also facilitate long term relationship.
  • Grew the Mumbai and Goa markets from a OPD(orders per day) of 1L to 1.2L.
