Making a payment request on a weekly basis for contractors, as per their ledger balance.
Managing the team overhead cost project-wise.
Assigning and transferring the staff on time to avoid overhead costs.
Focusing on the project billing before handover of project, 90% billing achievement, and after handover, within 60 days' final bill submission and payment from them.
Giving priorities to the project as per deadline.
Reporting status of work to the VP as per schedule of site completion.
Checking finishing and craftsmanship in works like carpentry, civil, false ceiling, painting, etc.
Keeping track of materials used and material indent, and checking the records kept by the storekeeper.
Completing the projects within stipulated time with client satisfaction.
