• For the last 3 years I have worked as a content moderator at accenture where we validate the advertisers who post on our client platform for advertising their products which deals with retail and other type of services, we validate if the advertiser is following the given detailed protocols as per our SOP standards. These ads are in form of texts, images, videos. If the advertiser does not follow the set of standards we ban such ads out of the system which is not approved. We input to a machine called crow which further decides whether the ad can remain in the platform or be removed. I have hands-on experience dealing with potentially sensitive content and large content production over a short period of time.
• I’ve maintained my score card up to the par and have set the benchmark for AHT which is the time taken to review and process each ID. My accuracy has been between 93% to 100%, the cut off being 90%.
