JOURNEY AT TUSSOR MACHINE TOOLS INDIA PVT LTD

  • I joined Tussor in 2005, as first electrical engineer. Entrusted with commissioning the company’s first production line, quickly immersed myself in all facets of shop-floor operations.
  • From 2005 to 2008, My hands-on expertise accelerated the installation of Europe machines, and played a pivotal role in developing Tussor’s in-house electrical department.
  • I'm also led operations for machine manufacturing. Under my leadership Tussor started to Develop and Manufacture 60 machine per month. Recognizing the need for integrated digital systems, my spearheaded the development of a custom-built ERP platform.
  • This system unified order entry, production planning, material tracking, and final inspection into a single dashboard—cutting lead times by 25% and reducing quality deviations by 40%.
  • In 2008, I was promoted to Works Manager, and under leadership, Tussor launched its first indigenously manufactured machine in India: the Rocio model, a All-geared lathe.
  • Following its success, he oversaw the development and commercialization of the CNC Flat Bed ST series up to 3-meter lengths—for both domestic and international markets.
  • Since then, Tussor India has sold more than 10,000 machines, Metosa Spain Sold the machines more than 2,00,000 machines in worldwide.
  • In 2024, I was further elevated to the role of Director – Marketing, Product Development, Quality Assurance, and After-Sales Service. My pivotal role in developing the SLI 400x600, the first slant-bed CNC lathe under the Pinacho Group—marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey.
  • My self has localized critical components, significantly reducing import dependency. I'm also spearheaded with customer-focused training initiatives.
