• Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

• Led monitoring, evaluation and learning activities of India's Regenerative Production Landscape Collaborative (RPLC) program.
• Conceptualized, developed and implemented program frameworks for the six major impact themes of the program, 1) GHG Emission, 2) Soil Health, 3) Water, 4)Living Income, 5) Biodiversity, and 6) Gender

• Led the foundation's flagship agricultural research & development and Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation project’s monitoring, evaluation and learning system development and implementation. Conceptualised and conducted mid-term evaluation of large-scale agricultural extension development program in India.

• Led monitoring and evaluation activities for project Stress-Tolerant Rice for Africa and South Asia (STRASA) and other complementary projects of IRRI in South Asia. Developed processes of developing and refining project results frameworks, key indicators, data collection tools (quantitative and qualitative) and learning processes for multi-country sustainable agriculture development program.
• Monitored & evaluated about ten research & agricultural development projects on the scaling of smart climate agriculture in South Asia (Donors: BMGF, USAID, IFAD, 3ie, ATAI, South-Asian governments)
