• Responsible for Overall Project Management & Control.

• Studying, Validating, Value engineering, Proposing and executing best possible design for project.
• Coordination with Owners to understand requirements and getting a plan to execute.
• Responsible for quality of works, documentation, overall site management and team management.

• Preparing Master Construction Plan and Tracking the same in line with the project progress.
• Project resource & manpower planning & monitoring to avoid ideal resources.
• Working in line with QS dept. for project budget control Preparing Cash flow, S-Curve and setting up target to achieve planned cash flow. Providing revised cash flow in case of any deviations from planned Progress.
• Preparing site logistics plan for optimal utilization of space along with the Selection of location of temporary structure such as, Tower crane, Passenger hoist & Loading Platform.
• Providing detailed information to project team regarding work sequence along with timeline.
• Daily monitoring of consumables along with arranging the same and provide monthly requirements as per planned activities.
• Conducting various internal meetings to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
• Client coordination with respect to Project progress, Milestones and
• Commitments along with providing various daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Providing validating data to client in case of deviation from planned schedule.
• Sub contractor coordination with respect to Project progress and monitoring.

• Collecting required data and preparing EOT claim for any delayed activity and Overall project.
