1. Project: Rolls-Royce Plc.

Project Title: To Manufacture Aero Engine Components (Complex Fabrication)

• Responsible as Quality Inspector (In-Process & Final) for Rolls-Royce program awarded to TAL for its Trent XWB and Trent 1000 Aero engine assemblies.
• Inspection of parts as per customer specifications, Engineering Drawings & SABRe.
• Outsourced inspection of heat treated & stress relieving parts.
• Prepared Certificate of Conformance (CoC) for Parts that Delivered to the Customer.
• Prepared Quality Assurance plan as per Customer Requirements.

2. Project: RUAG Aero structures GmbH, Germany

Project Title: To Manufacture Sub-assemblies for Aero structures (AIRBUS A320).

• Responsible as Quality Inspector for Sec-15 sub-assemblies awarded to TAL for AIRBUS A320 program.
• Manual of Detail Parts as per customer requirements, Engineering Drawings and prepared report for the same.
• Inspection of Sub-Assemblies like GFRP Bush Press & Shrink fit Liquid Nitrogen.
• Outsourced inspection of Cadmium plated Bushing Parts.
• Prepared IMS, FPIR, IPIR & FAI Documentation.

3. Project: Boeing, Seattle, USA.

Project Title: To Manufacture Main Landing Gear Door & Forward Access Door Assembly.

• Responsible as Quality Inspector for Detail Parts, Sub-assemblies & Assembly for MLGD & FAD Assembly.
• Draw up the inspection plan for detail & Sub-assembly parts as per requirements.

4. Project: TATA Boeing Aerospace Ltd. Hyderabad.

Project Title: To Manufacture Boeing 737 Vertical Fins Detail Parts.

• Responsible as Quality Inspector for Boeing 737 Vertical Fins Detail parts manufacturing.
• Draw up the inspection plan for detail parts as per MBD model with the help of MBDvidia software.
• Source inspection of parts at supplier facility.
• Outsourced inspection of Cadmium plated, Heat treated & Stress relieving Bushing parts.
