• Cover C&I, process automation, factory automation and turnkey project where gained construction, testing and commissioning knowledge of PLC/SCADA/DCS system and distributed I/O panel, RTU, connectivity of different communication network, loop wiring, field measuring and control instruments, field wiring, cable laying, marshalling cabinet, junction box, calibration, compressor control, excitation system, VFD, control part of electrical equipment and troubleshooting
• Prepare and review Instruments index, Instruments data sheets, I/O list, Hookup diagram, Cable schedule, Cause & effect chart, Instrument location drawing, including P&ID
• Reviews of instrumentation design packages, identifying design discrepancies, interface issues, and constructability concerns and coordinating with engineering disciplines and vendors to close technical comments.
• Review vendor drawings and technical documents, including datasheets, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation details
• Having experience of 20+ project execution of C&I system package and supported electrical system
• Adroit in testing, analysis and troubleshooting of process control system performance by simulating process parameters and along with controlled equipments, verify through interlock and cause & effect document
