Project Description
Order Management: This program is based on an automated catalogue-driven program for order capture capability for commercial orders in all Enterprise and Retailer channels. Order Management is an Enterprise CRM Application used for creation of full digitally order for the customers with the help of Order Management Application and Sigma database and system Sales Staff create M/F/H orders via the OM Frontend using the Oracle Database and the Sigma product catalogue-driven it is completely managed by centralized catalogue-driven menu.
JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
✔ To Ensure DOM application is up and running in production environment.
✔ Project support, documents review, project meeting, and perform health check post project delivery.
✔ Resolving application tariff and plan related issues.
✔ Coordinate with business team for application related issues and for new fix.
✔ Monitoring production servers if any order processing is stuck.
✔ Creating and modifying CRONTAB for cleaning up data like error logs, older archive logs.
✔ Weekly meeting with client to discuss the WSR (Weekly status report) for ongoing issues and escalations.
✔ Working in co-ordination with Linux team, Development team, Middleware team, Network administration team, other application support group for any issues related to database and applications.
✔ Good understanding of ITIL for Incident management, Change management, Problem Management.
✔ Resolving application related queries and issues based on the ticketing system.
