Role : Working along side with the development team whilst utilizing an agile methodology approach to help insure the quality of the API.

• Developed test plans and test cases to ensure software quality assurance.
• Logging and tracking the API and source related bugs found on daily testing.
• Responsible for end-to-end testing of any newly integrated APIs and corresponding response mapping.
• Responsible for monitoring the alert on metabase and Slack to check for outages in the API.
• Documenting and evaluating the test results, and tracking and managing defects through to resolution.
• Collaborated with development team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborated closely with development teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve API issues reported during testing.
• Independently analyzing issues, recommending changes to the development team and creating detailed documentation.
• Testing via the implementation of the Agile methodology with a focus on continuous integration and ensuring they are always tested before deployment to production.
