Working in Captive power plant of SEZ site with responsibility of Power as well as Steam Generation and Distribution across refinery.

Auxiliary boiler 4*275 TPH

Various job responsibilities and experience involves:

• Driving End to End Work permit flow from Drafting, Preparation, Job specific risk assessment, LOTO to work execution.
• Supervising DCS Operators, FIeld Operators a well as Contract business partners for smooth plant Operation as well as Maintenance job execution.
• Participated in development and Implementation of in house Control of Work portal.
• Participation in daily/weekly planning and scheduling to expedite non turnaround planned / unplanned maintenance activities.
• Active Participation in commissioning activities of various modification projects in plant.
• Participation in Turnaround activities of Fuel/Non fuel complex in refinery.
• Supervise implementation of safety procedures and processes in the plant.
• Ensure all field work execution comply with HSE related regulatory requirements with applicable standards and procedures.
• Plant HSEF Representative for creating awareness and developing safety culture.
• Responsible for PSM Implementation in department.
• In Depth knowledge of high-risk maintenance tasks such as confined space entry, lockout/tagout (LOTO), Line break and hot work.
• Monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting & expediting maintenance of Equipment with contingency plan.
• Mitigate process emergencies and emergency shutdown.
• Plant & equipment performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Participating in PHA/LOPA/HAZID preparation for production facilities.
• Participating in incident investigations to identify root causes and implement preventive measures, contributing to a safer work environment.
• Active member to help co ordinate the External audits in plant like IMS, ENMS, OISD, CHT etc. and drive implementing the recommendations from the same.
• Participated in Depository preparation and Implementation of Honeywell forge Operations Management- A tool to proactively monitor, document and operate plant processes within safe operating window to boost reliability, safety and efficiency.
• Energy Management System 50001:2018 Co-ordinator of the plant.

Worked as desk engineer in 4*300 MW coal fired thermal power plant under Rosa Power supply company limited with various Job responsibilities and experience of :

• Start up, Shut down and Overhauling activities of the plant.
• Maintaining all critical parameters for Smooth operation.
• Handling emergency situation of the equipment and plant confidently and respond quickly.
• Auxiliary Power Optimization.
• Isolation and Normalization of equipment's for Permit to Work.
• Normalization of the Units during the Stage or Station blackout conditions.
• Selected as a Star Suggestor of Quarter 2 FY 2017-2018 and Quarter 2 FY 2018-2019 for proposing operational Improvement plans.
• Honoured with 'You can make an Effect' certificate twice for saving a Critical equipment from failure by Identifying a leakage.
