Currently I am looking after 290 MW captive power plant utilities and BOP

• Power Plant 1 (BFG and COG based 55MW)
• Power Plant 2 (CDQ based 60 MW)
• Power Plant 3 (BFG and COG based 175 MW)
• DM plant, ETP, and RO
• Supervised day to day planning of man materials and maintenance
• Spares and Service Management for Reducing MTTR and MTBF of BOP equipment
• Tracking of Water treatment and water parameters of power plant 1,2&3 and chemical inventory
• Carrying out Inspection of the facilities to identify and resolve the abnormality issues, Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation in Power Plant 1,2&3
• Complete Shutdown Planning & 100 % Compliance of CPP1,2&3 BOP Area
• Budget Planning and proper Utilization for MMD
• CAPEX Projects Implementation in Power Plant 1,2&3
• Completion of all attended SAP notifications (ZM01, ZM02, ZM03, & ZM04) for Power plant 1,2&3 BOP equipment
• PSM (Process Safety Management) implementation in Power plant 1,2&3 BOP area
• Processing and resolving service and material bills for timely payment
• Implementation of TQM activity in power plant 1,2&3
• Successfully erection and commissioning of Chemical treatment plant
• For maintaining proper water quality in cooling water system
• Successfully commissioning of the ETP plant
• Successfully commissioning of SSF and DMF for control the turbidity of the cooling and raw water
• Safety coordinator of power plant site as per standard of DuPont's

• Working in Utility Project looking after the scope of work for all utility projects (BF and LD gas holder, Chilled water Plant and Piping), planning and procurement of project materials, supply and installation of equipments and accordingly planning for the execution of the project as per schedule
• Preparing project feasibility reports, cost estimates & execution plans, Preparing scope of work for detail Engineering Consultant, Design equipment & document numbering system
• Successfully erection and commission BF and LD Gas holder of 100000 m3 capacity each. Inside the gas holder constant pressure (2300 Pa and 10000 Pa for BF gas holder and LD gas holder respectively) will be maintained using floating roof technology during the operation. Here we use rubber sealing isolation
• Successfully erection and commissioning of Chilled water plant of 4000 TR capacity with the mechanism of Vapour Absorption Refrigeration System
• Completing all the civil and structural job with in the schedule beside completing entire erection of mechanical jobs
• Successfully erection of structural corridor ( around 15000MT) for cross-country pipeline and cable laying
• Successfully erection of cross-country pipeline approximate 3 Km, testing and charging of media (BF gas, Mixed gas, Oxygen, Nitrogen, NG, air, water etc) through that pipeline
• Monitored project progress to keep tasks on track and meet deadlines.
• Ensure availability on time, the Engineering deliverables and materials for construction
• Safety coordinator of Utility Project site as per standard of DuPont's
• Scheduled cross-team meetings, facilitated planning, note-taking and status updates for project execution.
• Successfully managed budgets and allocated resources to maximize productivity and profitability.
